DJ/Disco (Includes Karaoke) Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the hire of DJ and disco services ("Services") from DJ Paul Tony ("we," "our," "us"). By booking our Services, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking: To confirm a booking, the Client must provide a deposit or full payment as specified. Bookings are only confirmed once we acknowledge receipt of the deposit or payment.
2.2 Payment: The Client agrees to pay the full balance for the Services no later than the date of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation as detailed below.
2.3 Prices: Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional charges for extended hours, travel, or special requests will be communicated before the final payment is due.
3. Event Details
3.1 Event Information: The Client must provide detailed information about the event, including date, time, venue, and any specific requirements or requests, at least 7 days before the event.
3.2 Access and Setup: The Client must ensure that the venue provides access for setup and equipment installation at least 1 hour before the event starts. The Client is responsible for any venue restrictions or requirements.
4. Use of Services
4.1 Performance: We will provide a DJ and/or disco service as specified in the booking. The Client acknowledges that the selection of music and performance style is at the DJ's discretion, though requests can be made in advance.
4.2 Client Requests: Any specific music requests or requirements should be provided in writing at least 7 days before the event. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.
4.3 Equipment: We will provide and set up all necessary equipment for the performance. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has adequate power supply and space for the equipment.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made within 1 days of the event, the Client may be liable for the full hire fee.
5.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the booking if we are unable to provide the Services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Liability: We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs as a result of the Client’s event, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our negligence.
6.2 Insurance: We hold appropriate public liability insurance. The Client should ensure that their own insurance covers any potential risks associated with the event.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
8. Complaints
Any complaints regarding the Services should be reported to us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to resolve any issues promptly.
9. Data Protection
We will handle any personal data provided by the Client in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://djpaultony.co.uk/privacy-policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Bouncy Castle Hire Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the hire of bouncy castles and related equipment ("Equipment") from DJ PAUL TONY ("we," "our," "us"). By booking our Equipment, you ("the Hirer") agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking: To secure a booking, the Hirer must complete and submit our booking form. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified.
2.2 Payment: Full payment is required before the Equipment is delivered, unless otherwise agreed. Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation as outlined below.
2.3 Prices: Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional charges for delivery, setup, or extra hours will be communicated to the Hirer before the final payment.
3. Delivery and Setup
3.1 Delivery: We will deliver the Equipment to the location specified by the Hirer.
3.2 Setup: We will set up the Equipment at the agreed time and location. The Hirer must ensure that the setup area is clear, accessible, and meets the safety requirements outlined in our guidance.
3.3 Collection: The Equipment will be collected at the end of the hire period. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the Equipment is available for collection and in the same condition as when delivered.
4. Use of Equipment
4.1 Supervision: The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that the Equipment is used in accordance with our guidelines and is supervised at all times. Only persons of appropriate age and size as recommended for the Equipment may use it.
4.2 Safety: The Hirer must ensure that the Equipment is used safely and that all safety instructions provided by us are followed. The Hirer is responsible for the safety of all users.
4.3 Prohibited Uses: The Equipment must not be used for any purpose other than its intended use. The Hirer must not allow animals on the Equipment or use it in adverse weather conditions, such as high winds or heavy rain.
5. Damage and Liability
5.1 Damage: The Hirer is responsible for any damage to the Equipment caused during the hire period. The Hirer agrees to pay for the cost of repairs or replacement if the Equipment is damaged or lost.
5.2 Liability: We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs as a result of the Hirer’s use of the Equipment, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our negligence.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation by Hirer: If the Hirer cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations within 48 hours of the hire period, the Hirer may be liable for the full hire fee.
6.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the booking if we are unable to provide the Equipment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date.
7. Force Majeure
